The role:

As a Business Development Manager you will be a natural hunter.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding the client base.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is self driven, has a passion for design, and high-end office furniture, who excels in a B2B setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and nurture close relationships with existing clients through scheduled calls and visits
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities, with a focus on a 30% existing relationship and 70% new business split
  • Provide extensive product knowledge and support through ongoing training
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Attend industry and networking functions to enhance business connections
  • About you

  • Seasoned sales executive with a track record of success
  • Comfortable selling big ticket items in a B2B environment
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism and accountability for your work and sales results 
  • Demonstrates a commitment to going the extra mile and investing in continuous product knowledge and sales skill development
  • Self-driven individual who thrives on taking ownership of roles and clients 
  • Industry experience is advantageous, but not essential.

    Thorough product training will be provided - all that's required is your passion for the industry.
