OverviewTataki Auckland Unlimited (TAU) is Tamaki Makaurau Auckland's cultural, events and destination agency.We are looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to become the essential link between our venues and the community—attracting people, events, and energy to North Harbour Stadium.
This is a critical role because it drives the growth and success of Auckland Stadiums by proactively securing commercial and community events, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the venue is a premier event destination for the North Shore community.ResponsibilitiesYou could expect to work on:Bringing major concerts, sports matches, and community festivals to life—like helping a local club host their biggest event yet.Building strong partnerships with local businesses and community groups to create new opportunities.Designing creative event concepts that make North Harbour Stadium the place everyone's talking about.Guiding clients from their first inquiry to a seamless event day, ensuring every detail shines.Teaming up with marketing, catering, and event delivery experts to make every event a standout success.This is a permanent, on-site, full-time opportunity.
You will work 40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday.
Flexibility will be required to work events during nights and weekends.This role requires experience in the event management and business development space.
