The Job
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Success and Project Coordination Intern to support client engagement, project execution, and internal coordination efforts.
This role offers hands-on exposure to global client servicing and learning operations in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and supporting key client accounts across markets
- Support project coordination including scheduling, tracking deliverables, and maintaining timelines
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, content, and operations) for seamless delivery of engagements
- Conduct basic research and prepare reports or meeting summaries
- Provide administrative support for documentation, data entry, and internal communication follow-ups
- Ensure timely communication and task follow-through on assigned responsibilities
The Profile
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks remotely
- Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office tools
- Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a remote and fast-paced setup
