Business Development Executive – Central North Island

Your Impact
As a Business Development Executive across the Central North Island, you’ll represent Asahi Lifestyle Beverages’ iconic portfolio across Mount Maunganui, Coromandel, Rotorua and Taupo.

This dynamic and diverse territory offers a balance of stunning coastal and inland regions — where you’ll build strong relationships, grow sales, and bring Asahi’s brands to life in-store.

You’ll manage a large geography with a mix of retail and route customers, ensuring every visit drives brand visibility and commercial success.


Key Accountabilities


  • Manage approximately 14–25 customer visits per call cycle across Mount Maunganui, Coromandel, Rotorua and Taupo.




  • Deliver on sales, distribution and promotional targets across your territory.




  • Build strong customer partnerships through exceptional service and execution.




  • Execute in-store activations, POS, displays and merchandising excellence.




  • Collaborate closely with your Business Development Manager to drive growth initiatives.




  • Monitor competitor activity and identify new opportunities to expand Asahi’s footprint.




  • Includes 1–2 overnight trips per month across your territory.
