In tackling this challenge, we have had outstanding success in transforming the sales, service and marketing functions of some of New Zealand's most iconic companies.
We're searching for a Business Analyst to support us on a fixed term basis over the next 9 – 12 months in Auckland.
This role has a technology at the core, so experience working on application transformation programmes at an enterprise level programme is crucial to collaborate effectively with wider agile teams and customers.
You'll be responsible to gather information, analyse data and propose solutions to assist with delivering a digital transformation that maximises the potential of Salesforce and the client's technology ecosystem to make a real difference.ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of approved products using agile techniques and frameworks to ensure high-quality products and user experienceBuild relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and plan and facilitate workshops to gather requirements, analyse results, develop business requirements, and identify opportunities for process improvement and simplificationExpress the required business outcomes and user experience through quality user stories and acceptance criteriaWork closely with the client and product owners to ensure features and stories are structured and prioritised effectivelyAssist delivery team to support design and development activities, and to ensure all requirements are accurately addressed and any project / delivery risks or issues are escalated appropriatelySupport the development of project documentation to ensure products are delivered and maintained in a transparent fashion and stored and maintained as per Organisational standardsA bit about youA minimum of 2 years relevant work experience as Business Analyst with experience delivering to enterprise application projects, such as CRM, ERP or similar digital technology solutionsExperience in a professional services, consultancy environment delivering digital technologies is highly desirable, or experience within the financial services sectorUnderstanding of SDLC, organisational change and human centred design methodologiesSound understanding of working in an agile environment, certifications would be advantageousA self-starter with a confident communicator with facilitation and presentation skillsA problem solver – organised, analytical and naturally curiousStrong English language skills, written and verbal as you'll be leading workshops, engaging stakeholders and creating project documentation along the wayNext StepsShare your details and interest with Merkle Aotearoa via our dentsu careers page and we'll be in touch.Please note, we are only considering candidates who possess (or are in the process of obtaining) full working rights for New Zealand.Additional informationSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: TemporaryJob function: Information Technology and ConsultingIndustries: IT Services and IT Consulting, Business Consulting and Services, and Professional Services
