Roles & ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project ManagementCoordinate and manage activities across the Data Transformation Program, ensuring alignment across multiple ingestion, design, and build squads.Lead program governance routines, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and steering forums.Develop, maintain, and update project documentation (program plans, RAID logs, dependencies, milestones).
Track program activities against timelines, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, schedule, and quality.Support financial management, including budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting.Support resource planning, onboarding, allocation, and capacity tracking across squads.Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as required.Support production deployment readiness and change management processes.Stakeholder & Leadership EngagementDrive stakeholder management and alignment across BNZ and Accenture leadership.Prepare and present leadership status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.Act as a key liaison with the BNZ client program management team, ensuring seamless integration of activities and expectations.Build and maintain trusted relationships with business, technology, architecture and Data, Digital and Analytics stakeholders.Serve as the go-to person on the ground and the face of Accenture for the client, working hand-in-hand with program leadership to ensure confidence, clarity, and trust in delivery.Strategic & Value-Add ResponsibilitiesContribute to the setup of the Data Products strategy and operating model, ensuring alignment with BNZ's Data & AI vision.Support process mapping, framework design, and operating rhythm establishment.Provide input into design and build activities, ensuring alignment with program strategy and delivery standards.Assist with solutioning for design, ingestion and build of data products where needed.Champion best practices across program delivery and data product lifecycle management.General Leadership & EnablementProactively identify opportunities to add value, helping uplift team capability.Serve as a connector across squads, ensuring collaboration, knowledge sharing, and one-team culture.Support leadership in value prioritisation decisions and in navigating program challenges.
