The Salvation Army Bridge Centres exists to provide safe, integrated, high-quality treatment and support services to people whose lives have been affected by alcohol or substance use.

The Salvation Army Bridge Programme currently has vacancies for suitably qualified and experienced Residential Support workers.
Some versatility will be required in terms of the variable hours, but they are for predominantly daytime hours and may include weekends and nights.
The applicant should have experience in support work in an addiction or mental health setting and/or hold or be willing to undertake the National Certificate in Mental Health Support Work Level 4.
The ability to work in a culturally appropriate and safe manner with Maori and Pacific peoples is essential as is a full / clean driver's license.

The starting salary for this role will fall between $28.95 and $29.60
