Join the DB Draught Brewery team in Timaru and help craft some of New Zealand's most beloved beer and cider brands.
As a Brewing Operator, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality beverages that Kiwis love, while driving innovation and continuous improvement.What you'll be doing:Operating and maintaining brewery machinery to top standardsEnsuring safety, quality, and sustainability are front and centreMonitoring product quality and executing production plansApplying TPM tools to improve performance and eliminate lossesChampioning shop floor excellence through DCS, 5S, CILT, and problem-solvingWhat you'll bring:Secondary education plus either:A Level 4+ qualification in Science, Maintenance, or Engineering, or2–3 years' experience in FMCG operations or maintenanceBonus points for experience in brewing, biotechnology, TPM, Lean, or Six SigmaWhy join us?
