This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your brand management expertise across a diverse portfolio of OTC brands - including Cartia, Gastro-Stop, Stingose, and Ural - as well as prescription products.
Reporting to a Senior Brand Manager, you'll lead the development and execution of strategies to build brand equity and achieve sales targets, while driving key marketing initiatives such as the development of multichannel campaigns across healthcare professionals (HCPs), consumer and pharmacy tradeKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and document annual Brand Plans, based on thorough market analysis and insights.Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth.Manage brand communications and promotional activities.Prepare materials for trade activations with key accounts to drive sales and brand visibility.Develop, implement, and manage channel-specific marketing campaigns across pharmacy and HCPs.Create and distribute targeted eDMs to HCPs to support brand engagement and education.Manage digital marketing activities (SEO, SEM, websites, social media, eCommerce) in collaboration with agencies.Control assigned marketing budgets to support achievement of profit targets.Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies/suppliers, ensuring delivery to budget and performance standards.Track and report on activities, outcomes, and recommendations.Prior experience and a strong foundation in Brand Management is essential, preferably gained in an OTC pharmaceutical environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies; experience in sales forecasting, NPV/ROI, and risk analysis is highly desirable.Demonstrated digital marketing experience, including SEO, SEM, content, social media, and website management.A positive and proactive attitude, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work at pace.Excellent communication and project management skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while also being a collaborative team player.Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or related degreeAspen New Zealand belongs to a global organization, but we are distinctly a New Zealand business, run by Kiwis for Kiwis.
