Our ideal candidate will be deeply rooted in the Wanaka community, with strong local connections and relationships, and a solid understanding of the surrounding area.
This autonomous role encompasses a blend of people management, customer relationship management and operational oversight of the branch with a strong focus on sales to grow our market share in the region.
Your strong commercial acumen and proven sales management will distinguish you as a standout candidate, enabling you to lead your team through values-based leadership.
You will bring robust analytical and operational capabilities, a solid grasp of key business drivers including P&L performance.
Maintaining and building market share combined with exceptional customer relationships and strong people leadership skills will be imperative to your success, as is the ability to persevere in a highly competitive industry.
