The Opportunity – Branch Manager at Smith&Smith® - Penrose Auckland

As a Branch Manager, you will build and lead a team of talented technicians and support staff to deliver excellence in customer service.

Your leadership will ensure that our operational and technical superiority shines through, providing an exceptional experience for every customer.

Through your inspiring guidance, you will foster a culture of exceptional customer service and employee engagement, enabling us to make a difference by solving people's problems with real care, always prioritising safety, well-being and quality.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving performance by effectively collaborating to oversee daily operations, achieve business results, and maintain consistently high standards with a team that is highly engaged.

  • Location: Smith&Smith Penrose ( 761 Great South Road
    Penrose Auckland 1061)
  • Hours: 40 hours Monday - Sunday
  • What we’re looking for:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ work experience as an auto glass technician, including repairs, replacement and ADAS recalibration.

    An equivalent time in an operational / customer-facing role in an auto glass business would also be considered.

  • Proven ability to translate complex problems into easily understandable instructions and actions 
  • Proven ability to effectively manage Health, Safety and Wellbeing in line with company policies and procedures.

  • Excels in delivering clear, concise communication, ensuring understanding and collaboration for successful outcomes.

  • Experience with building strong-identity teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals.

  • Demonstrates the ability to leverage and apply business knowledge and market trends to sustainably drive the organization’s objectives forward 
  • Hold a clean full NZ driver's licence.
  • Must have complete, unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand
