OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Lane Cove.
This is a key position for someone with a strong background in financial management, payroll, and compliance — delivering accuracy, reliability, and efficiency in every task.About the RoleYou will manage end-to-end bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, BAS preparation, payroll, expense management and financial reporting.
Working closely with management, you'll play an essential role in maintaining the financial health of the business and supporting strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-function accounts management (AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations)BAS, IAS, Superannuation, and EOFY preparationLiaise with accountants, external stakeholders, and the ATOMaintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with Australian accounting standardsProficiency in accounting software (MYOB and QuickBooks preferred)What We're Looking ForMinimum 5 years of bookkeeping experienceStrong knowledge of Australian tax laws and complianceExcellent attention to detail and time management skillsStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesValid Australian work visa or permanent residencyA degree in accounting is preferredWhy Join Us?
