We’re espresso specialists, roasting and serving beautiful coffee in New Zealand, Australia, UK, Japan and Singapore.
We are looking for a Roastery Assistant to support the entire coffee production process from start to finish, including roasting the coffee (full training will be provided), assisting with the day‑to‑day output of product, ensuring accuracy of orders and efficient time management, and assisting with any customer queries and delivery requirements.
Our next Roastery Assistant will have proven exceptional customer service and will be hardworking.
Teamwork is vital in this role as well as being a good communicator.
This is a permanent, part‑time 24 hours per week position with a potential of increased hours in coming months.
Days of work are Monday to Friday with an occasional early start.
A full, clean driving licence is a requirement, and a good level of physical fitness is a must as heavy lifting of coffee sacks is also involved.
