Reimagine the future of health together with us at descriptionRole & ResponsibilitiesMaintain security operationsAssist with the implementation of agreed security system changes and maintenance routinesAssist with implementation of new security programsAssist with implementation of audit log reviewsSupport the development of reports and SOPs on IAM mattersSupport the alignment of security systems with established service agreement standardsSupport the implementation of new enterprise security architecture, technologies and enhancementsSupport the implementation of automation enhancements on account managementSupport the monitoring needs of automation addressing failures requiring manual interventionSupport the submission of tickets related to report automation failuresSupport the submission of tickets related to the creation, modification and deletion of administrator accesses in the applicationsSupport the generation and extraction of reports related to account managementSupport the management of the deliverables of vendors related to account managementRespond to queriesSupport live response to internal and external audits on access right related areas and IAM related security issuesSupport investigation of security breaches such as Segregation of Duties violations related to access & privilegesSupport the resolution of security related and account management issuesSupport the simulation of user problems to identify security system drawbacksRecommend security system modifications to reduce user problemsFacilitate complianceAssist with the implementation security policies, procedures and programsEducate users on the security standards and practicesIdentify improvement areas to existing security policies and proceduresEnsure that the Operational SLAs are met as per the guidelinesThink always from the security & audit perspective and take actions accordingly related to IAMDeliver user trainingEnsure thorough review of the artefacts provided by the administrators as evidence to auditIdentify fictitious accounts created in the absence of an approved requestIdentify incorrect provisioning by the administrators against the approved requestIdentify untimely revocations of terminated users account performed by the administratorsOptimize security system performanceSupport piloting of new tools, technologies, and processes as well as installation of hardware and softwareSupport security system testing and ongoing optimization or changes such as scheduled upgrades and updatesMaintain documentation of all optimization activitiesSuggest improvements to operational processes, procedure manuals, and documentationParticipate in process improvements and initiatives to enhance operational processes increasing user satisfaction on service deliveryRequirementsDiploma / Degree in Computer Systems or relevant fieldFamiliarity or knowledge with databaseGood analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsInnovative, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating with teamsApply NowNOTE: It only takes a few minutes to apply for a meaningful career in HealthTech - GO FOR IT!!
Profile descriptionPosition OverviewThe Systems Engineer supports Identity & Access Management to drive governance controls, reporting, monitoring, and processes around identity lifecycle management, access management, and recertification, including vendor management.
The engineer collects and documents contextual information based on established practices and supports the preparation and publishing of security advisories.
The engineer assists with the analysis of IAM/security-related information and events, escalation of incidents for validation and remediation.
The engineer is required to be on standby with on-call availability with varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
The engineer is alert and vigilant in performing monitoring activities and is able to analyze and resolve security-related issues critically.
The engineer communicates clearly in interactions with others and coordinates effectively with the team to perform security operations.
