We are hiring an assistant system analyst for our Programme.Operations.Digital (P.O.D) department.
This role involves providing initial technical support, performing routine administrative tasks, and assisting senior engineers with troubleshooting and maintenance for GPConnect, one of the top clinic management systems with EMR module.
It is widely used by private GPs under a paid subscription model.
Role & Responsibilities
Technical Support
- Collate alerts and metrics from monitoring tools to detect issues
- Respond to issues reported via support channels and perform initial assessment on severity, responding according to established processes
- Track and follow through any unclosed incident
Communication Skills
- Understand an issue and guide users
- Translate technical issues and share solutions to non‑IT individuals in simple understandable language
Requirements
- Minimum: Diploma or equivalent in IT, Computer Science
- Technical knowledge: Experience in support applications, familiar with Microsoft Windows, hardware (desktop/laptop, printer), remote support tools
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) – polite, empathetic, patient
- Strong problem‑solving and analytic skills
- Domain knowledge in health care is an advantage
- 1–2 years experience working as application support
- Willing to work in shift or on‑call rotation when required
