We’re on the lookout for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Sylvia Park store.
You’ll be supporting the Store Manager in running the day-to-day, helping lead an inspiring and high-performing team, and making sure every customer leaves feeling amazing in their shoes.
Here’s what’s on offer:
Role – Assistant Store Manager
- Rostered Hours: Sunday to Thursday
- Minimum Hours: 40
- Hourly Rate: $26.50
What your day will look like
- Supporting the Store Manager with the daily operations and running of the store
- Leading and motivating your team to reach their sales goals (and celebrating the wins!)
- Creating a warm, welcoming store environment with great energy and team culture
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect our brand
- Coaching and developing your team so they can keep growing
- Making sure everything runs smoothly, from the shop floor to the back room
You’ll thrive in this role if you
- Have leadership experience in retail or a similar people-focused role
- Love supporting others to succeed and enjoy seeing your team grow
- Are confident, organised and calm under pressure
- Bring a strong sales mindset and enjoy working towards (and smashing) targets
- Have a great eye for detail and take pride in your space
