Assistant Store Manager
to join our team at

store.
You'll be supporting the Store Manager in running the day-to-day, helping lead an inspiring and high-performing team, and making sure every customer leaves feeling amazing in their shoes.

What your day will look like
Supporting the Store Manager with the daily operations and running of the store
Leading and motivating your team to reach their sales goals (and celebrating the wins!)
Creating a warm, welcoming store environment with great energy and team culture
Delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect our brand
Coaching and developing your team so they can keep growing
Making sure everything runs smoothly, from the shop floor to the back room
You'll thrive in this role if you
Have leadership experience in retail or a similar people-focused role
Love supporting others to succeed and enjoy seeing your team grow
Are confident, organised and calm under pressure
Bring a strong sales mindset and enjoy working towards (and smashing) targets
Have a great eye for detail and take pride in your space
