We are looking for someone who can assist the Project Executive to:Coordinate work amongst project team including third party and consulting engineers, architects, planners, quantity surveyors and other subcontractorsControl resource consenting processes, and Building Consent application process by attending meetings with council on a regular basisProcure construction contract tenders and award contractContract & invoice administration, process contractor pay applications, evaluate and process variations, analyze and maintain tracking sheets and recordsDue diligence assessments – evaluation of property conditions, estimate repair and construction costs, mark-up site plans with work locations, creation of DD reports, assessment of landscape and drainage conditions, taking and publishing photos of work examples and written summariesCommunicate and interact with organizational stakeholders (shareholders, investors, accounting staff, legal advisors etc)Solve key issues on past projects raised by Body Corporate by working with independent experts, legal advisors, contractor and architect implicatedYour characteristics:Self-starter and good communicatorMeticulous and able to meet deadlinesExcellent in co-ordination and a team player, but can also work independentlyHave the drive to climb a steep learning curve and continuous learning both on and off the jobGood understanding of contractsYou have:A Master / Bachelor degree with major in Property Development, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Valuation, Surveying or equivalentValuation skills are a plusInternships or up to 3 years professional experienceExcellent knowledge in Microsoft Word, MS Project, Excel and Powerpoint to carry out reporting dutiesAbility to driveApply now:Interested candidates can send resume to ****** invitations will be sent out.
