What You'll Be Doing
Client Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for Cosnova Germany, managing all day-to-day business queries
Prepare for and actively contribute to monthly business review meetings with Cosnova
Compile and distribute monthly sales reports and market activity reviews
Maintain and share cosmetic stand tracking and forecasting documents with Cosnova
Forecasting & Stock Management
Contribute to our S&OP process and forecast for new product launches and promotions
Maintain the master range plan and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders
Brand & Sales Support
Prepare retailer and brand presentations
Manage promotional calendars and monthly sales reporting
Partner with key accounts like Farmers and The Warehouse
Support the Pharmacy sales team with selling tools and materials
Trade Marketing & Merchandising
Create monthly merchandising briefs and coordinate execution
Lead cosmetic stand installations and maintenance projects
Ensure best-in-class visual merchandising in-store
Business Administration
Set up and maintain SAP master data and pricing files
Manage product data across internal systems (Toniq, Exceedra)
Keep our ecommerce image libraries and rich copy up to date
Merchandising & Logistics
Coordinate nationwide send-outs and maintain fixture records
Liaise with merchandising partners to ensure smooth execution
About You
1–2 years' experience in a sales, marketing, or coordination role (FMCG or retail environment preferred)
Experience managing a brand would be advantageous
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Comfortable working with systems – SAP experience a plus
Proactive and collaborative with great communication skills
Passion for beauty, cosmetics or consumer goods is a bonus
