The business has expanded over the last 12 months which has led us look to for additional resource in our Administration / Accounting team.This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys contributing to a shared purpose of delivering world class patient care.The RoleReporting to the Accountant, this new role provides essential financial support across a range of accounting functions.
You'll ensure accuracy and integrity in financial processes and work closely with clinical and administrative teams to support the organisation's operational and sustainability goals.Key ResponsibilitiesBank Reconciliations: Reconcile daily transactions.Accounts Receivable (Debtors): Accurately allocate payments, manage overdue accounts.Accounts Payable (Creditors): Prepare provider invoices and process payments in a timely and accurate manner.Inventory Reconciliations: provide monthly usage and variance analysis.ESG Reporting: Collect and analyse environmental data for Toitu reporting, and contribute to sustainability initiatives.Fee Analysis and Management: Reconcile monthly provider fee invoices and analyse usage trends.Month-End & Support Tasks: Support month-end close activities, assist with financial reporting, journal preparation, and maintain accurate financial records.About YouTo succeed in this role, you'll bring:Accounting qualification equivalent to at least Accounting Technician levelStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitask and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environmentProficiency with Acumatica (essential)Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS ExcelExcellent organisational and time management skillsA proactive, can-do attitude and practical problem-solving approachA commitment to supporting the values and mission of a health-focused organisationWhy Join Us?
