Are you experienced in asset management, and project management or management of pieces of work that need to be planned, coordinated, and monitored?
Variety, challenge, and a chance to influence and support our communities.2x 12-months Fixed Term/Secondment opportunities based in HamiltonSalary at $112,375 per annum + 5 weeks' annual leave (pro rata)Reporting to the Regional Manager Asset and Maintenance, you will be responsible for the management of assigned asset/ maintenance projects, supporting the wider Asset & Maintenance team.You will use your proven communication and negotiation skills to ensure the physical and financial performance meets agreed targets and standards to protect and improve the overall quality of our assets.Relevant Property Management or valuation qualification or equivalent experienceBackground in the management of property assets/ projectsExperience in Project based asset management - small to medium size projectsUnderstanding of financial and technical information, analysis and interpretationKnowledge of property legislation including the Fencing Act, Resource Management Act, Residential Tenancy Act, and Unit Titles ActExperience in undertaking options analysis, business memos, and report writingAbility to identify risks and resolve complex issuesExceptional influencing and communication skillsAdded advantage if you have experience or knowledge of Oracle, especially Procurement softwareAs a Kainga Ora - Homes and Communities employee, we want to make sure that you have all the tools and support you need.
