What You'll Do
Drive and grow relationships with established B2B sales channels / dealer networks.
Identify and secure new business opportunities through trade channels.
Propose promotions and marketing campaigns to drive sales through your dealer network.
Deliver product presentations and hands-on advice to installers and trade partners.
Prepare and present finance-driven based proposals using strong analytical and numerical skills.
Report on market trends, competitor activity, and territory performance.
Self-manage travel across the North Island, following an effective call cycle (averaging 6–7 nights away every six weeks).
Who You Are
5+ years' experience in B2B or technical solution-based sales (garage automation or electrical/light industrial knowledge advantageous).
Proven track record managing a sales territory and growing business through consultative sales and technical advice.
Technically or mechanically minded, confident discussing product function.
Strong communicator and relationship builder.
Strong analytical skills with the confidence to prepare and present value-based proposals.
Self-motivated, proactive, highly organised, and quick to learn.
Energetic, driven, and enthusiastic about making an impact.
