Our materials are chosen for the most sophisticated façades, kitchens, interiors, and bespoke furniture worldwide.To continue our growth in New Zealand, we're looking for a Sales Representative – Architecture & Design (A&D) to join our team in Auckland.
You'll work directly with architects, interior designers, and contractors on exclusive, design-driven projects, offering premium surface solutions that define elegance, innovation, and performance.ResponsibilitiesBuild and grow relationships with leading architectural studios, design firms, and premium builders/contractors.Identify and convert new project opportunities, collaborating with professionals on high-value residential and commercial developments.Present and promote Neolith's premium surface collections through visits, presentations, and specification support.Offer technical consultation and product knowledge, ensuring correct use of materials in luxury applications (flooring, cladding, kitchens, bathrooms, façades).
Collaborate with the specification and marketing teams to grow brand visibility in the A&D community.Stay ahead of design trends, materials innovation, and market movements within the stone and surfaces sector.Represent Neolith at design fairs, industry events, and networking meetups.Provide CPDs and workshops to educate and inspire architects and designers.Monitor project pipelines and provide accurate reporting to support business goals.Minimum RequirementsWho You Are: Sales professional with experience in the natural stone, sintered stone, ceramics, or building materials industry.Familiar with high-end architecture, luxury interior design, and bespoke materials.Background in sales to A&D professionals, with a deep understanding of the specification process.Proven ability to build lasting B2B relationships and close design-driven, premium sales.Dynamic, proactive, and organized, with a passion for architecture and design.What We OfferPermanent contract with long-term growth potential.Opportunity to join the commercial team of a fast-growing international brand with a premium market presence.Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Company car as a working tool.The chance to work on iconic, high-profile architectural projects across New Zealand.Job SummaryAs A&D Sales you'll work directly with architects, interior designers, and contractors on design-driven projects, offering premium surface solutions.
