Overview
Cummins Technician Apprenticeship – Heavy Automotive Engineering, Road Transport.
Upon entry to the program, possess or commence a Certificate in Automotive Engineering (Level 3).
Undertake a Certificate in Heavy Automotive Engineering (Level 4) Road Transport to become a fully qualified Cummins Technician.
Gain practical experience and earn while you learn with a global leader in engine technology.

- Work under the supervision of a qualified Cummins Technician and learn everything involved in the diagnosis and repair of Cummins engines and products.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Excellent level of language, literacy, and numeracy skills.
- A willingness to work across regional areas and rotate through different departments to gain experience on automotive, industrial, marine, and mining engine products as you progress through your apprenticeship.
- Right to work in New Zealand.
- Preference to have completed year 13 or equivalent.
