About the Role
Our professional services oriented client is looking for an Applications Manager to oversee the daily operations and performance of a multidisciplinary BAU Support team.
This role involves leading developers, testers, and business analysts, ensuring excellent service delivery and strong client relationships, reporting to the Senior Managing Consultant.
Responsibilities
Lead operational management of the BAU Support teamProvide coaching and mentorship to team membersManage client relationships and communicate effectivelyResolve escalated issues for supported applicationsEnsure SLAs and OLAs are met or exceededMaintain service quality and drive continuous improvementSkills & Experience
Proven experience leading a technical support teamAbility to communicate complex concepts simplyExperience delivering customer service in a technical environmentKnowledge of Service Management (ITIL) principlesStrong problem-solving and process management skillsPreferably experience working with public sector clientsHow to Apply
