About the role
The NZQA Business Intelligence Reporting Capability Uplift aims to implement a new reporting solution will provide kaimahi with modern business intelligence tools that offer much greater flexibility in querying data and producing reports as needed.
This requires the technical analysis of the 600 stored SQL procedures the existing Crystal reports use to determine the tables & columns being used.This, plus analysis output already approved, will be used to determine the logical grouping of these tables to inform the design of Data Marts as a replacement mechanism.
The role has responsibility for:

About you (person specifications)
You have an extensive knowledge MS SQL and stored procedures.
You would ideally have experience in the following capabilities:
* Experience SQL developer
* Strong skills in data modelling for Data Warehousing
* Experience working with Snowflake, Fivetran and/or dbt will be an advantage, but we will be considering candidates with strong experience in other technologies.
* Ability to get on with people, create relationships as well as the ability to manage your own workloads
