Metlifecare is on a journey to become a truly data-driven organisation, and we're looking for an Analytics Engineer to help us continue the journey.
In this exciting role, you'll work alongside our Lead Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain modern, predictive analytics solutions that support strategic decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Develop scalable analytics solutions using Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt, and Power BIDevelop, test and deploy predictive analytics models and machine learning solutions using Python and SnowparkBuild and maintain data models, transformations, and dashboardsEnsure data quality through testing and monitoringCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver insightsSupport self-service analytics and contribute to data governanceDrive continuous improvement and share best practices across the teamAbout you:
With a relevant degree and approximately 3+ years of experience, you will bring the follow skill set to the table.
Hands-on experience with modern data stack toolsStrong understanding of dimensional modelling and analytics engineeringExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA proactive, curious mindset and a passion for dataAbout us
