As a Relationship Associate based in Dunedin, you’ll play a key role in supporting the financial wellbeing of our rural customers — helping them thrive through trusted partnerships and tailored financial solutions that align with their lifestyle and aspirations.

    - What will your day look like


    You’ll be busy in the best way — learning, collaborating and making a difference.

    In this role, you’ll work closely with Relationship Bankers to support and manage a varied client portfolio.

    Be involved in shaping and delivering customer strategies, drawing on financial analysis and client insights to add real value.

    Your days will include contributing to engagement initiatives and helping to grow existing relationships.

    As your (Portfolio e.g. Commercial) knowledge develops, you’ll stay attuned to market trends and client needs, all while being part of a team where your ideas are welcome and your contribution genuinely matters.

    You’ll also:

  • Help prepare customer reports and assist with credit analysis

  • Build trusted relationships with colleagues, clients and product partners

  • Represent ANZ professionally in the market — with warmth, clarity and confidence

  • Some experience in Agri, customer-facing or service-based roles
