We're looking for an Advanced Mortgage Administrator to join the Lending Team at Marsden Building Society.
Reporting to the Mortgage Administration and Arrears Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a professional with proven experience of working within mortgages and insurance to join our team.
Supporting all aspects of mortgage completions, post administration and arrears, the successful candidate will have a focus on providing first-class, customer centric service.
With an in-depth understanding of complex legislation around mortgage regulation (including MMR and MCD), the successful candidate will work with their team to ensure service standards are met and policy and procedure is followed.
With their own mandate, the successful candidate will sanction complex decisions, escalating to the Mortgage Administration and Arrears Manager when necessary, and adhering to due diligence procedures.
Possessing excellent relationship building skills, the Advanced Mortgage Administrator will be the primary point of contact on arrears queries and forbearance cases – supporting more junior colleagues with complex cases and escalating queries where necessary.
With an eye for detail the successful candidate will ensure all systems are up to date and accurate.
They will provide support to the Mortgage Administration and Arrears Manager to help collate and review management information and assistance in the preparation of regulatory reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Where necessary, they will strive to provide meaningful data insights and recommend case specific actions to the Mortgage Administration and Arrears Manager.
