Administrator - Needs Assessment Service, Nelson

About the Role
As an Administrator in the Needs Assessment Service, you
will provide efficient and effective administrative/reception services to the
Needs Assessment team located in Richmond.
You will primarily be responsible for processing referrals
and making sure they get to the right place, but you will also fulfil a range
of administrative duties.
This is a permanent, full time role working 80 hours per
fortnight (1.0 FTE) , Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 4.30pm.
For the right candidate, applications to work from the
Blenheim office would be considered, however, our preference is to be in
Richmond Hub.

About you
As an Administrator, you will:
* have a commitment to providing quality service, * have
previous administration experience, * have an intermediate to
advanced level of computer literacy to set you up in this role,It will be your energy, enthusiasm
and can-do attitude that will set you apart.
Familiarity with health systems and
terminology would be an advantage as would experience of the health care sector
generally.
The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New
Zealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time of applying.
