They're looking for an Administrator to join their team in this on-site permanent / full-time opportunity.




THE ROLE:

We're looking for a proactive Administrator to join our clients in this varied position.

This role will be suitable to someone who is an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for client service.

You'll be joining a fast-paced environment and required to engage with customers over the phone and in person.



RESPONSIBILTIES:
  • Handling inbound and outbound client communications via phone and face-to-face interactions
  • Accurately inputting and managing financial data and client records
  • Providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assisting with documentation, reports, and compliance processes
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service


  • SKILL SET:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and phone etiquette.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Dedication to positive client experience (responsive, polite & friendly service).
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
