    Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi

    We are seeking someone who is a detail-oriented individual to
    provide efficient and effective support for the General Manager, Service and
    Relationship Managers, Team Coaches, and the wider Pathways team in the Auckland
    region.

    This role will involve working closely with internal teams across
    Pathways, Real, and Wise Management Services, as well as external providers, to
    ensure seamless operations across sites and teams.

    You will be responsible for
    delivering high-quality, professional support across all duties.

    Some of your responsibilities may
    include:

  • Effectively manage diaries, giving consideration to all meeting requirements, ie travel, efficient use of time management and wellbeing
  • Effectively and proactively coordinate projects and initiatives as required.
  • Provide administrative coordination of vehicle fleet.
  • Maintain good relationships with key partners delivering services to our tāngata whai ora/taiohi such as pharmacies, Government Departments, First Aid providers, and other training suppliers
  • Effectively liaise with Pathways kaimahi, including being available onsite at service sites and offer helpful support with queries or issues, escalating to the appropriate manager to respond where required or requested.
  • This is a fixed-term position ending 17th July 2026.

    You will be working 20 hours per week, based at Harakeke House in Manukau,
    Auckland.

    someone who:

  • Has excellent communication - both written and verbal with an emphasis on listening
  • Has proven time management, organisation, and file maintenance skills
  • Has working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and other office technologies.
  • Knowledge of the NZ health sector, in particular the non-government and community sector is an advantage
