As our newest Maintenance Administrator, you'll leverage your strong administrative and organisational skills to provide excellent support to the Assets and Maintenance team.
You'll be responsible for triaging and managing our busy inbox and will thrive in this fast-paced environment working to tight timeframes.
Your knowledge base in building maintenance, codes, and standards will help you hit the ground running in this critical role.
You'll be responsible for ensuring maintenance and minor capital work is accurately processed in a timely manner, and maintenance administrative support is delivered to the regional teams.
You will also work collaboratively with other Kāinga Ora teams to ensure that maintenance is delivered to agreed standards, and that customer satisfaction and other maintenance operational performance targets are achieved.
