If you are organised, people-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact.In this key role, you will ensure smooth and efficient outpatient clinic operations by:* Coordinating and booking patient appointments in a timely and clinically appropriate manner* Maintaining accurate patient records and managing appointment waitlists* Registering patients and keeping information up to date on iPM* Communicating clearly with patients via phone and written correspondence regarding appointments and procedures* Monitoring the quality of electronic records, proactively addressing any issues as they arise**About you:**You will bring a strong background in administrative support in health environment, with a sharp eye for detail and a calm, professional presence.To excel in this role, you will have:* Minimum 2 years experience in a customer-focused administrative role within healthcare* Proficiency in iPM, MCIS, and clinical portal systems* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills* Strong organisational skills and effective time management* Fluency in an additional language, preferably Te Reo Māori or a Pacific language, is highly desirable and will be considered a valuable assetIf you are detail-oriented, thrive in collaborative environments, and are passionate about making a difference in patient care, we would love to hear from you!**Working at Health New Zealand:**Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
