About this role

We're seeking a dynamic and proactive Administration Team Leader to support and lead our teams across our Taranaki clinics.

This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about creating a positive team culture.

🏥 About the Role:  


As the Administration Team Leader, you'll be the operational heartbeat of our clinics.

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday between 8am-6pm.

You'll work across all four locations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting your teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

Clinic Presence: Regularly working from each clinic to stay connected with staff and operations.


Team Leadership: Leading by example, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.


Rostering: Managing and maintaining rosters, including handling unplanned leave with agility and fairness.


Operational Support: Ensuring clinics run efficiently, identifying and resolving issues proactively.


 Staff Engagement: Supporting team development, wellbeing, and performance.
