Administration Support Officer Job Opening In Kaikohe – Now Hiring Robert Walters New Zealand

Overview

Are you an organised administrator comfortable using software and looking for an interesting role in a steady health centre?

We’re seeking a motivated individual to join our team immediately on a temporary assignment until the end of January 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Scanning backlog and received documents into the patient management system.

  • Taking incoming calls from internal teams and external callers who are requesting medical records for their GP’s and hospitals.

  • Other administration tasks as required.

  • Initially, you’ll focus on learning the ropes while providing support with scanning and filing tasks.

    As you grow into the role, you’ll take on more responsibilities and contribute to the daily rhythm of the workplace.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with Medtech is hugely advantageous to really hit the ground running
  • Confident navigating software, with a tech-friendly approach to adapt to new systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A confidence to ask if unsure and a willingness to take minutes at weekly meetings
