Job description

* Dunedin Hospital
* Fixed-term, part-time role (20 hours per week) until 30 June ****, working Monday to Friday
* Salary band $70,970 to $73,941 p.a. pro-rata

About the role
This role will effectively contribute to the smooth running of the service by providing an efficient and timely administrative support function that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the service/organisation.
As part of our team, you will be carrying out a wide range of administrative and reception duties and providing essential support.
These duties include but are not limited to:
* providing effective reception services
* answering incoming calls
* welcoming visitors
* booking and managing of patients
* data entry
* clerical work.
