Are you a passionate and positive self-starter who is looking for a new challenge?
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer based in Otahuhu who will provide national support for the Service Group.
As an Administration Officer you will demonstrate a high level of competence in a wide range of administrative tasks including supporting the needs of multiple managers and workgroups across the country and day-to-day administrative and operational needs of a dedicated building.
In addition, you will possess well developed interpersonal and communication skills and be self-managing.
Key Accountabilities:
* General administrative support for the group nationally (including liaison with applicable parties to organise travel, accommodation, venue bookings and/or messing arrangements as required) * Demonstrate initiative and accountability * Be competent using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook * Managing the administration email box for the Service Group * Excellent at time management and prioritising * Ability to manage day to day office systems * Manage meeting coordination and related correspondence including actions * You will be positive and enthusiastic

This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $63,256 and $66,312 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role
