## Mo tenei turanga mahi | About this role**Administration Assistant | Mt Albert Service Centre | Tamaki Makaurau*** Location: Mt Albert Service Centre, Auckland* Salary range: Band 03 – $61,466 to $73,903 per annum* Employment type: Permanent, full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm)* Applications close: *****pm Friday 17 October ****We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our **Mt Albert Service Centre** team.
This is a key support role that helps our frontline staff deliver essential services to the community.

**What you'll be doing | He aha tau e mahi ana**You'll provide efficient and reliable administrative support to the service centre, ensuring the team has what they need to deliver great service.
Your responsibilities will include managing meeting logistics, coordinating supplies and facilities, supporting fleet and security arrangements, maintaining health and safety standards, and assisting with general office administration.
This role is central to the smooth running of the site — you'll work closely with leadership, frontline staff, and visitors to create a positive and well-organised environment.
