Role

We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to play a key role in managing our end-to-end receivables process.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with systems like Xero, and is passionate about keeping processes running smoothly.

You’ll be working closely with our Finance Manager and wider team, making a real impact while supporting our New Zealand operations.

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • End-to-end management of accounts receivable for our New Zealand customers
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders on debtor management
  • Performing daily bank reconciliations
  • Supporting additional accounts functions as required

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable or an accounting-related role
  • High proficiency in Xero (or similar accounting platforms)
  • Familiarity with timesheet systems (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, solution-focused mindset
  • A proactive, systems-oriented thinker who enjoys improving processes
