We are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Christchurch finance team.

This is a high-volume role, ideal for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in accounts payable or a motivated individual keen to grow their career in finance.

Key responsibilities Process and enter all creditor invoices Prepare and reconcile creditor month-end statements Coordinate forwarding of approved invoices Generate creditor and debtor accounts and complete credit checks Assist with month-end accounts and activities About you 1–2 years’ accounts payable experience (preferred) Strong data entry and processing skills Confident in Excel (including formulas) Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong written and verbal communication Must be based in New Zealand About Armstrong’s are a leading group offering career growth, a professional workplace, and a strong team culture.
