Sanitarium is a progressive and dynamic business that is New Zealand owned and produces New Zealand's leading breakfast products – Up & Go, So Good, Alternative Dairy Co range and New Zealand's favourite breakfast Weet-Bix.About the RoleAre you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about numbers?
Sanitarium is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic finance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation that inspires and resources our community to experience happy, healthy lives.This is a part-time role offering 36 hours per week, based at our Royal Oak office.What You'll Be Doing:Entering supplier invoices into SAPProcessing weekly EFT payments and reconciling accountsManaging vendor accounts and employee expense claimsMaintaining and reconciling the Zeno credit card systemHandling supplier enquiries and resolving discrepanciesSupporting reception and broader AP functionsDocumenting processes and contributing to continuous improvementWhat We're Looking For:At least 12 months of practical experience in a similar roleStrong data input skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and organisational abilitiesExperience with SAP and Excel is a plusA bookkeeping qualification is desirable but not essentialAll applicants must be able to demonstrate that they have the legal right to work in New Zealand.We are an organisation driven by our mission and values.
