About the Role

As Accounts Administrator, you’ll provide essential support to the Head of Business Services and Accounts Team Leads by ensuring accurate and timely financial data entry and administration of VHNZ creditors and debtors.

  • Processing creditor and debtor invoices in Xero within set targets
  • Maintaining accurate contact details and accounts documentation
  • Supporting internal controls and compliance with VHNZ policies
  • Contributing to ongoing financial evaluations and improvement initiatives
  • Upholding professional standards and health & safety practices

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounts administration (payable and receivable)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Xero, Excel, and financial software
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, cooperative attitude and ability to work with diverse teams
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Clear and effective communication skills—by phone, online, in person, and in writing
