Allied Bulk Ltd are on the lookout for a full time Accounts Administrator to join our busy Transport operation in Auckland.
Allied Bulk Ltd is part of HWR Group, a thriving family-owned business proudly based in Southland with a family of brands operating across industries including Ready Mixed Concrete, Contracting, Waste Services, Fuel distribution, Quarrying and Transport sectors.
Right now, we are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join us and be the backbone that supports our Transport team, based in Auckland and across the North Island.
This role is designed to ensure the efficient and accurate handling of all administration processes for our customers and internal teams.
This is a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
If you have a background in administration and accounts experience and feel that it is time to get stuck into a new challenge, this is the opportunity for you.
Use your skills across a range of areas including:
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
End of month processes and reporting
Responding to internal and external email and phone queries in a professional and timely manner
General office admin duties, including filing, data entry and covering dispatch from time to time
You will have:
At least 2+ years proven accounts experience
Accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
Class 1 Drivers License
The ability to work legally which may include NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
Intermediate level computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite is essential
Excellent interpersonal written and oral skills
Great sense of humour and able to feel comfortable in a dynamic and changing environment

This position is based at Penrose, Mt Wellington with the odd day based out of our Bombay site (vehicle to travel between sites will be available) and a remuneration and benefits package will be offered based upon experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
