Accounts Administrator Job Opening In Auckland – Now Hiring AlliedBulk


Job description

Allied Bulk Ltd, part of the HWR Group, is looking for a full‑time Accounts Administrator to support our busy Transport operation in Auckland.

Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • End‑of‑month processes and reporting
  • Responding to internal and external email and phone queries in a professional and timely manner
  • General office admin duties, including filing, data entry, and covering dispatch from time to time

Qualifications

  • At least 2+ years proven accounts experience
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Class 1 Drivers License
  • Legal working status in New Zealand (residency or valid work visa)
  • Intermediate level computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills
  • Great sense of humour and adaptability to a dynamic environment
  • A team‑player attitude

Additional Information

The role is based at Penrose, Mt Wellington, with occasional days at our Bombay site.
