About the role
CARTERS Queenstown is seeking an experienced, customed-focused Account Manager to continue to build-on and maintain trusted partnerships with trade customers who are residential builders, commercial construction contractors and developers.
You will spend the majority of your time visiting building sites, identifying opportunities and understanding your customers' builds, offering solutions and anticipating what your customers need next.
Your mission is to ensure CARTERS is front of mind for all key decision makers by adding value to their business and delivering on our sales promises.
You will be heavily involved in the entire sales process collaborating with internal teams around stock availability, delivery times and pricing to ensure customer needs are met and issues resolved in a timely manner.
You will also drive the sales process through Frame and Truss Manufacturing from estimates through to production.
