A new career opportunity has hit the market! For either a seasoned Print sales professional or ideal if you are in the office most of the time either selling or in Sales Support (in print or similar) and know you would be amazing on-the-road focused on growing spend and providing print solutions to existing B2B clients.

About the Role

  • With offices and the latest machines and technology, this market leader is growing and seeking a phenomenal Account Manager who genuinely enjoys in-person sales.
  • Your focus will be on selling into Corporates, Retail, FMCG, Print Brokers, Agencies and Govt, clients.

  • Well supported but an autonomous role, where your ability to engage and create opportunities with agencies, brokers and directly with clients will ensure you are successful in this role.
  • Working with a high calibre and passionate team including talented structural designers, internal administration support, and an unbeatable production team - you will be able to offer unique marketing printed solutions – high quality and in quick time.
  • With production on-site, you will be in and out of HQ, but once trained it is expected you will be out on the road seeing clients approx.

    80% of the time.
  • As well as growing spend from existing accounts, you’ll be prospecting for new opportunities.

    (approx.

    75% AM, 25% BD).

    • About You

  • Currently in the print, display, packaging, signage, labels or similar market.

    You understand the technical side of print such as substrates, colour and brand management, quoting etc.
  • A quick learner, keen to be in a growing market, a secure well-established company and with modern capital, systems and processes.

    You can be assured this team will deliver on-time every time with super quick turn-around.
  • Not afraid to cold call from a warm prospect list, and keen to go in and close sales!
  • You are commercially savvy and work efficiently and effectively building relationships.

  • Tenacious, high energy, passionate, success and client focused.
  • Computer literate with high numeracy aptitude (quoting, reporting etc.)
  • Full NZ driver’s license is essential.
  • Most importantly you are team-driven and bring a positive attitude to work every day.

    • Remuneration
    A generous salary package is on offer which includes a base (depending on experience), very generous monthly commission (which is guaranteed during your training period.

    OTE minimum $100K – uncapped) + a company car.
