MCC Auckland is part of New Zealand's leading label manufacturer and one of the top players globally.We're on the hunt for an experienced Account Manager with a background in printing to join our high-performing Sales team.This is your chance to take ownership of key accounts, uncover new opportunities, and help shape the future of premium label solutions.
You'll drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and building lasting customer relationships.If you're strategic, proactive, and want to be part of MCC's exciting growth journey—apply now and make your mark.In this exciting and varied role, you will:Cultivate and grow relationships with all clients to improve the position of MCC within those accounts to ensure MCC is seen as a business partner of choice.
This will include a mix of existing top corporate accounts in the beverage market, along with a mix of smaller accounts.Drive for results through proactively prospecting for new customers while maintaining your sales pipeline through Salesforce.Maintain margin levels as per MCC's sales strategy.Develop plans and strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
This includes track and reporting of sales metrics and performance targets.Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers as well as negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with our customers.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and customers to ensure customer satisfaction and cost improvements.Stay updated on industry developments, best practices and monitor market trends.About youAccount Management experience within the manufacturing industry.
