We're looking for an experienced and motivated Account Director to join our dynamic PR team based in Auckland.
At HerdMSL, you'll be at the heart of exciting projects, leading the charge with innovative media relations and influencer strategies.
Job Description
About the Role:
As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing high-profile clients and setting the course for a healthy client/agency relationship in New Zealand.
This is an important lynch pin role as it sits in the middle of MSL services, being the key liaison into our clients, taking the lead on creative ideation and strategy, running media outreach and influencer management, and working closely with the wider team to provide support and guidance.
There is no such thing as a typical day in the fast-moving world of PR but you can expect to be taking briefs from clients and sharing advice, brainstorming story ideas, pitching ideas to journalists, working with talent agents on influencer campaigns and reporting on results.
To be successful in this role, we anticipate you have 5+ years of PR experience, preferably within an agency setting and enjoy working in a collaborate, flat-structured team that values autonomy and creativity.
