We’re fishing for an exceptional E-Com Specialist to join our awesome Support office based at the Half Moon Bay marina.

The successful applicant will thrive in a data-driven environment and be extremely detail-oriented.In this role, you’ll play a key part in planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns and merchandising strategies that drive online growth and enhance the customer experience.


Reporting to our E-Commerce Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing digital initiatives that improve performance across our e-commerce platforms, using analytics and performance metrics to make informed, impactful decisions.

About You:


  • 2+ years’ experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role.

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce) and CMS tools.

  • Proficient in using Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.

  • Comfortable working with data and turning insights into action.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for continuous improvement.

  • Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the development and execution of e-commerce campaigns across digital channels.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement merchandising strategies that align with business goals.

  • Analyse performance data to drive continuous improvement and conversion optimisation.

  • Monitor key metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and online sales trends.

  • Identify and troubleshoot performance issues on product listings, navigation, and onsite search.

  • Maintain product content accuracy and consistency across digital platforms.

  • Assist with A/B testing, promotions, and seasonal updates to enhance user experience and engagement.
